We brew beers the old-fashioned way. The results are tasty testaments to the prairie setting in which they are brewed and served. The water comes straight out of the ground, right where we brew the beer.
Our unique brewing process utilizes a gravity-fed system with direct flame heating. The beers are raw, unfiltered, and unpasteurized treasures, ready to embrace your palate and please your senses.
